2. Accurately cut according to the length of the protective net, with an allowable error of 1mm in the cutting length of its components.
3. Select suitable welding skills, electrode diameter, welding current, welding speed, etc., and verify them through welding skill tests.
4. Degreasing and decontamination treatment: Before welding, check whether the groove and assembly space meet the requirements, whether the positioning welding is robust, and there should be no oil stains around the weld seam. Otherwise, trichloroethylene, benzene, gasoline, neutral detergent or other chemicals should be washed with a stainless steel wire fine brush. If necessary, an angle grinder can be used to polish the metal surface before welding.
5. When welding, thinner stainless steel welding rods (wires) and smaller welding currents should be used. During welding, the welding points between components should be strong, the welds should be full, the welding waves on the surface of the weld metal should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as cracks, slag inclusions, weld beads, burn through, arc craters, and needle shaped pores. There should be no spatter in the welding area.
6. After the welding and assembly of the rod is completed, the welds without obvious dents or large protruding welding beads can be directly polished. For welds with concave convex residue or large welding beads, an angle grinder should be used for polishing, and then polished after smoothing. After polishing, the appearance should be shiny, smooth, and without obvious welding marks.
